Every month we meet on the phone.

Each session is 75 minutes and we meet for the first three weeks of each month.

You will have a workbook to work on between sessions and you will be asked to take the actions recommended in each workbook.

During our weekly phone catch ups, we will be celebrating your wins and helping you find solutions for any challenges you have encountered as you take your actions.

Every call is unique and answering your questions in real time.

Each class will be recorded so if you can't make it you will receive a copy of the audio that you can play back in your own time.
